论我国森林公安执法体系的完善

森林公安执法体系在建设过程中存在着诸多问题。如，执法信息化水平低、技术侦查队伍建设失衡、权属争议地带执法管辖权不明、林区执法舆论保障机制不完善等问题等。这些问题的存在给森林公安执法带来了一定的难度。要借鉴其他特殊性质公安机关执法体系建设的经验，围绕信息化、技侦人员队伍建设、明确森林公安执法管辖权、林区普法舆论保障机制等方面，加强我国森林公安执法体系建设。

The Discussion on the Improvement of the Forest Police Enforcement System

There are many problems in forest police enforcement system during the process of construction including： low level enforcement informationization, imbalance in the construction of technical investigative team, unknown jurisdiction of the ownership in dispute zone, imperfect public opinion on the safeguard mechanism. These problems brought difficulty to the forest police enforcement. So it should learn from the experience of other special nature of the police enforcement system, surrounding with the informationization, technical investigative staff building, clear forest police enforcement jurisdiction, forest areas popularizing public opinion safeguard mechanism to strengthen our forest police enforcement system.
