对新时期高职院校辅导员工作的思考

高等职业教育承担着培养高素质技能型专门人才的任务，具有鲜明的职业性。在国家倡导以科学发展观为指导，大力发展职业教育，促进高等职业教育健康发展的新形势下，高职院校辅导员必须分析新时期的高职特点，抓住工作重点，找准工作的切入点，不断学习，提高自身修养，实现工作的高起点，才能有的放矢，创造性地做好工作。

Reflection on vocational college counsellors' work for the new period

Vocational education undertakes to train high-qualified and high-skilled talents,which is characterized by a distinctive vocational style.Under the new situation where we devote major efforts to developing vocational education guided by scientific development viewpoint for a healthy development ,vocational college counsellors must stress the essentials by analyzing the characteristics of higher vocation education in the new period,and improve self-cultivation by constant study.Only by doing this,can they do their work definitely and creatively from higher starting points.
