| 摘 要： | 利用日本芜菁与温州盘菜种间杂交的中间材料，与温州盘菜回交转育，产生抗病毒病的优质温州盘菜新种质。结果表明：利用含日本芜菁抗病毒病基因的种间杂交材料与优质的温州盘菜自交系回交，可以拓宽温州盘菜遗传基础，是选育优质、抗病、农艺性状优良温州盘菜新种质的有效途径之一。

| Abstract: | This study utilized backcrossing of Brassica campestris L. ssp. Rapifera Matzg and the intermediate material which is the interspecific hybridization of Japanese turnip and Brassica campestris L. ssp. Rapifera Matzg to make innovations of new high quality and disease-resistant idioplasm of Brassica campestris L. ssp. Rapifera Matzg. The results showed that backcrossing of Brassica campestris L. ssp. Rapifera Matzg and the intermediate material could enlarge the hereditary resources of Brassica campestris L. ssp. Rapifera Matzg. It is also an effective way to select and breed new varieties of Brassica campestris L. ssp. Rapifera Matzg with high quality, resistant disease, and good agriculture characters. |
