摘    要:
用室内培养方法研究了CaCl_2、EGTA和LaCl_3对绿豆种子干旱锻炼过程的影响。用水势为-1. OMPa的PEG-6000溶液处理绿豆种子然后干燥,可以促进种子吸水,进而促进种子萌发。CaCl_2、EGTA和LaCl_3在不同程度上影响了PEG溶液对绿豆种子的作用。同时加入1mM CaCl_2和1mM EGTA基本不影响PEG溶液对种子萌发的作用。种子干旱锻炼可以改善绿豆种子对渗透胁迫的抗性,加钙和缺钙都将增加绿豆种子对渗透胁迫的敏感性。根据实验推测,钙具有调节绿豆种子干旱锻炼过程的功能。

Abstract:
We cultivated mung bean seed in vitro to study the influence of CaCl_2, EGTA, and LaCl_3 in seed priming. Mung bean seed priming (imbibition in-1.0 MPa PEG-6000 solution followed by redrying) accelerated the seed reimbibition and seed germination, enhanced subsequent seed germination. Calcium, EGTA, and LaCl_3 influenced seed priming in different degrees respectively. There had been no change in seed germination when the concentration of CaCl_2 and EGTA added to PEG solution is eaqual to 1 mM. We found that seed priming had improved the resistance of mung bean seed to osmotic stress, either increasing or reducing the concentration of calcium in PEG solution or in cultivar medium would the sensitivity of mung bean seed to osmotic stress increase. We propose that calcium may work as a regulator in mung bean seed priming.
