北京市奶牛饲养管理现状与发展对策的调查研究

为了对北京市奶牛饲养管理的整体现状进行研究,发现制约奶业发展的限制性因素,探讨出适合北京都市特点的奶牛饲养管理发展模式。运用文献检索、政策咨询2种基本方法了解相关前沿理论,在结合访问座谈、市场调查、问卷调查、抽样分析等方法获得实际发展状况。结果表明:经统计处理,发现北京市奶业整体发展状态良好,但部分中小型养殖场在营养供给、饲养管理、卫生防疫、环境建设方面存在些许不足。因此,针对实际状况结合当地特点,建议相关部门建立适应京郊奶业特色饲养管理规范、扶持政策、宣传教育体系、技术人才培养体系。

The Research of Management Status and Development Strategies for Beijing Dairy

Purpose of the survey was found the limiting factors restricting the development of dairy industry and exploring the cow feeding and management of development mode for Beijing urban characteristics by the research of Beijing＇s overall status of dairy cattle feeding and management. Firstly, both literature search and policy advice were used to understand cutting-edge theory, combined with access to seminars, market research, surveys, sampling and analysis and other methods to obtain the actual development. The statistical processing was found that the overall development of dairy industry was in good condition in Beijing. But some small and medium sized farms exist a little inadequate in the nutrient supplying, feeding and management, health and epidemic prevention, environmental construction. Combined with local characteristics, It was recommend that the relevant departments should established feeding and management standards, support policies, public education system, and technical personnel training system, for the characteristics of the suburbs of Beijing dairy.
