摘    要:为探讨卷烟叶组配方对主流烟气中氨的影响,采用不同叶组配方卷制卷烟,通过离子色谱检测其主流烟气中氨的含量。结果发现,烟叶产地、烟叶部位和三丝(膨胀丝、梗丝、薄片)掺兑比例对主流烟气中氨具有一定影响,国内烟叶氨的释放量整体水平比国外烟叶低;中下部烟叶氨的释放量较小;膨胀梗丝、膨胀烟丝和薄片掺兑量与氨释放量显著相关。提高国内烟叶、中下部烟叶、膨胀梗丝、膨胀烟丝和薄片的使用量,可以降低卷烟主流烟气中氨的释放量。

Abstract:To study the influence of cigarette blend on ammonia of mainstream smoke, the ammonia in mainstream smoke of cigarettes which prepared with different cigarette blend was detected by ion chromatography. The ammonia in mainstream smoke was significantly affected by tobacco of different areas, the content of cut stem, reconstituted tobacco and expanded tobacco. The experimental results showed that the content of ammonia in internal tobacco was lower than that in foreign tobacco, and the content of ammonia released in upper part of tobacco leaf was the higher than that in middle part and lower part. And it was also found a negative correlation between the ammonia and the content of 3 kinds of tobacco motioned above. The ammonia of cigarette mainstream smoke decreased by increasing the mount of the internal tobacco, the middle part and lower part of tobacco, cut stem, reconstituted tobacco and expanded tobacco.
