摘    要:为了深入了解农田黑土酶活性与养分间的关系,在黑龙江省选择了3个典型黑土区域的127个样点,研究其土壤中的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、转化酶、磷酸酶、硝酸还原酶活性和土壤全氮、速效氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾、速效钾、有机质、C/N的关系。结果表明:不同区域土壤5种酶活性和8种养分的特征值不同;不同区域内土壤酶活性和养分的相关性表现各异;进一步的典型相关分析得到3对典型变量,其典型相关系数分别为0.8231,0.4859和0.4322,均达到显著相关水平(P<0.05),说明农田黑土壤酶活性和养分间有密切的关系。

Abstract:Correlations between soil enzymatic activities and nutrients of three black soil areas in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed. Soil enzyme indexes of discussion include catalase, urease, invertase, phosphatase and nitrate reductase. Soil nutrients in this study contain total N, available N, total P, available P, total K, rapidly-available K, organic matter (OM) and C/N. The results showed that, the characteristic value of five soil enzyme activities and eight nutrients were different. Three areas expressed various relevance features between enzyme activities and nutrients. Three pairs of significant canonical variables were got by further analysis of canonical correlation. The typical correlation coefficients were 0.8231, 0.4859 and 0.4322. They all achieved notable connection (P〈0.05). The results illustrated, there was close relationship between integrated soil enzyme activities and soil nutrients in black farmland.
