微波磷酸法中密度纤维板厂废料制备活性炭

摘    要:以中密度纤维板(MDF)厂废料为原料,采用微波辐射磷酸法制备活性炭。探讨了在微波功率900W条件下磷料比、水料比、辐照时间对产品活性炭各项主要指标的影响。得到了试验条件下微波辐射磷酸法制备活性炭的最佳工艺: 磷料比3.5:1,水料比1:1,辐照时间9min。用此工艺制备活性炭产品的得率39.44%,碘吸附值949.08mg/g,亚甲基蓝脱色力10.76mL/0.1g,苯酚吸附值350.25mg/g。本工艺方法为中密度纤维板厂废料的综合利用找到了新的途径。

Abstract:Preparation of activated carbon from the waste of MDF industry with H3 PO4 by microwave irradiation was studied. The effect on performance of activated carbon of some factors such as mass ratio of H3PO4 to the waste,mass ratio of H2O to the waste and microwave irradiation time was investigated. Experiment results showed that under the conditions of microwave power of 900W, the optimum technical parameters were as follows:mass ratio of H3PO4 to the waste 3. 5 : 1,mass ratio of H2O to the waste 1 : 1, microwave irradiation time of 9 minutes, and the activated carbon yield reached 39. 44%. The iodine value of the activated carbon prepared under above-mentioned conditions was 949.08 mg/g, the decolorizing capacity for methylene blue was 10. 76mL/0. lg,and the phenic acid value was 350. 25mg/g. This method could be considered as a new optional way for utilizing the waste of MDF industry.
