盐碱土高效固氮蚕豆根瘤菌的筛选

摘    要:通过对云南玉溪澄江大白豆(宿主植物)的根瘤采集及根瘤菌的分离纯化,获得了36株蚕豆(Vicid faba Linn)根瘤菌。为进一步探讨所得根瘤菌的结瘤固氮能力,采用土壤盆栽的方法 ,将这些根瘤菌回接到蚕豆小青皮上。植物生长70 d以后,观察生长状况,综合株高、地上部分干重、结瘤数等生长指标,筛选出2株高效固氮根瘤菌菌株Hbu610041和Hbu610055,为蚕豆的实际生产准备了根瘤菌接种菌株资源。

Screening of Rhizobia from Vicid faba with Higher Nitrogen-fixing Efficiency in Saline-alkaline Soil
Abstract:The nodules have been collected from V icid faba Linn var. Chengjiangdabaidou (host plant) in Yuxi,Yunnan and 36 rhizobial strains were isolated and purified. To further investigate the nitrogen-fixing efficiency of the acquired rhizobia, these rhizobia were inoculated to V. faba Linn var. Xiaoqingpi, and planted in pot with soil. The plants were harvested 70 days later,and the plant height,the shoot dry weight and the number of nodules was determined. Taking the three factors into consideration, two strains, Hbu610041 and Hbu610055, with the higher nitrogen-fixing efficiency,were screened out and laid the agents foundation for V. faba production.
