生活垃圾分类处理产业生态系统构建及调控策略分析

剖析生活垃圾处理产业的意义及当前存在主要问题,提出应充分借鉴关键种、食物链和食物网、协同进化与共生、循环再生、反馈调节以及生态位等生态调控机理,加快市场化改革的步伐,重点做好餐厨垃圾的处置与资源循环利用、垃圾资源回收利用网络体系、有害垃圾利用处置这三个中心环节的工作,以产业生态学原理和循环经济理论设计运行垃圾产业生态工业园区,最终构建出多行业综合性的生活垃圾分类处理产业生态工业链网良性格局。

Research on the Ecosystem Construction and Control Strategy of Domestic Waste Sorted Treatment Industry

This paper analyzed the significance of the domestic waste sorted treatment industry and the current problems. The main opinions were issued that the key mission should be focus on the cyclic utilization of kitchen waste,the establishment of recycle network and management of dangerous waste based on the acceleration of marketing reform,the mechanism introduction of ecological concepts such as key species, food chain,co-evolution and mutualism,cyclic regeneration,ecological niche,there-fore to construct the comprehensive domestic waste sorted treatment industry chain with good economical quality and ecological recyclable capacity.
