真姬菇菌糠栽培食用菌试验初报

摘    要:为探索菌糠的再利用,以工厂化栽培真姬菇(Hypsizigus marmoreus)产生的菌糠为主料,栽培猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)、杏鲍菇(Pleurotus eryngii Quel.)和鸡腿菇(Coprinus comatus)。结果表明,猴头菇培养基中添加菌糠对菌丝生长及产量有抑制作用,杏鲍菇和鸡腿菇培养基中添加60%的菌糠能明显促进其产量,生物学效率分别可达92.3%和111.6%。

The Primary Experiments on Cultivation for Edible Fungus with Hypsizigus marmoreus Residues
Abstract:In order to explore the reuse problem of mushroom culture waste, industrial Hypsizigus marmoreus residues were taken as main cultivating medium to cultivate Hericium erinaceus, Pleurotus eryngii Quel. and Coprinus comatu. The results showed that, when adding the mushroom culture waste to the medium, the mycelium growth and yield of H. erinaceus were inhibited; when adding 60% mushroom culture waste to the medium, the yield of P. eryngii Quel. and C. comatus increased-markedly,and biological efficiency was 92.3% and 111.6% respectively.
