| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了真空解冻装置电气控制系统的设计思想与系统构成。该控制系统主要包括温度控制系统、真空度控制系统和定时控制系统。文中对系统主要电路的工作思路，性能和特点进行了分析，该系统经生产单位的试用，温度控制精度高，工作可靠。

| Abstract: | The design and configuration of an electric control system for the vacu-um defrezer are introduced in this paper. The system consists of a temperature control unit,a vacuum control unit and a time control unit.The working princi-ples, functions and features of the main circuits in the system are also analyzed.The system has proved itself to be an accurate and reliable one by service test. |
