摘    要:建立了采用二次微分电位溶出法测定面粉中镉含量的方法,优化了试验条件,线性范围为0~16 ng,检出限为0.24 ng/ml,RSD为1.2%(n=7)。该法测定的面粉中镉含量与采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定的结果无明显差异。

Abstract:The method of determining cadmium content in flour by quadratic differential potential stripping method was established and the experimental conditions were optimized.The linear range of the method was 0~16 ng,its detection limit was 0.24 ng/ml and its RSD was 1.2%(n=7).The cadmium content in flour determined by this method had no obvious difference from that determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
