黄麻品种数量性状主成分及其聚类分析

摘    要:对57个圆果黄麻品种的12个产量与品质性状作主成分和聚类分析,有4个主成分对变异的贡献达86.19%。57个品种被分为6类,距离大小与品种的地理分布无直接关系。系谱分析证实了品种间的距离能较真实地反映品种的遗传差异。比较2种不同相关矩阵的主成分聚类结果,认为用基因型值相关阵为基础进行主成分和聚类分析,所得到的结果比较符合客观实际。

Abstract:Cluster analysis as well as principal component analysis was per- formed for 12 quantitative characters related to fibre yield and quality in 57 jute(Corchorus capsularis L.)genotypes.The contribution rate of the first four principal components to total variation of population studied was over 86.19%.Fifty-seven genotypes were divided into 6 clusters by hierarchical clustering method.There was no direct connection between geographical distribution and the genetic distance of genotypes.Pedigree analysis proved that genetic divergence of genotypes could be truely revealed by the genetic distances of genotypes.Comparing the different results of principal compo- nent and cluster analyses by two correlative matrices,it is better to use the eigenvalues calculated from genotypic correlative matrices for the analyses.
