摘    要:为了提高异恶草酮的收率和纯度,在前人研究的基础上探讨了其新的合成方法,同时检测了异恶草酮对大豆田杂草的防除效果。结果表明,以盐酸羟胺,3-氯-2,2-二甲基丙酰氯和邻氯氯苄为原料合成异恶草酮能简化合成步骤,缩短反应时间,减少操作环节,是一条最佳路线,其纯品总收率和含量分别达到70%和85%以上。室内外药效试验表明,异恶草酮48%乳油对苋菜和马唐的防除效果明显优于国外产品广灭灵36%微囊悬浮剂,分别是广灭灵的2.10倍和1.88倍。

Abstract:Clomazone is an isoxazolidinone herbicide for controlling broadleaf weeds and grasses in soybean field.The techniques to synthesize clomazone are investigated in the laboratory in order to increase its yield and purity.The results demonstrat that an improved method for synthesizing clomazone using hydroxylamine hydrochloride,3 chloro 2,2 dimethyl propionyl chloride and o chlorobenzyl chloride is an excellent one with its total yield and purity of more than 70% and 85%,respectively. Greenhouse and field trial results show that good control efficacy of clomazone against the weeds such as Amaranthus retroflexus and Digitaria adscendens as well as safety to the crops is observed in the laboratory and the soybean field.
