AN EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE RICE DRYING AND ITS OPTIMAL DRYING PARAMETERS |

| Abstract: | In order to save energy in drying and increase the quality of the rice being dried, the crossflow cyclic rice drying process was investigated on an experimental apparatus. Here in this paper are presented three regression equations established with the rotation regression design and its optimal drying parameters for various initial moisture content of rice obtained by nonlinear programming method or the multi-due-dimensional optimization. |
