| 摘 要： | 依据1996—2007年宁夏永宁县土地利用数据,采用转移矩阵、逻辑预测、占补平衡等方法,对永宁县耕地的数量和质量变化、基本农田保护需求进行分析,在此基础上结合永宁县土地利用特点提出合理保护及利用耕地和基本农田的对策.

| Abstract: | Combining analyzing of Yongning County of quantity and quality of Yongning County farmland changing and needs of basic farmland protection,which basing on 1996-2007 land use data and with methods of the transfer matrix,logic forecast and the balance between land occupation and compensation,with the characters of Yongning County＇s land-use,we put forward reasonable protection and utilization of arable land and basic farmland countermeasures for Yongning County. |
