Centralized management of personal references is the difficult problem that research workers must face.Firstly,the paper takes NoteExpress as an example to briefly dissert the process of constructing personal references library.At the same time,the paper specifies the application methods in the practical use,such as outputting the appropriate references,manufacturing the required reference pattern and the editing method of the document on the basis of NoteExpress.In the end,the paper points out the deficiency of NoteExpress.
