对高校图书馆管理中群体激励问题的探讨

摘    要:群体激励是组织行为学的核心问题,研究群体激励问题,实质上是探讨如何调动人的积极性,以提高组织成员工作绩效。结合目前高校图书馆管理改革实践,在分析高校图书馆人员结构、素质及需求特征的基础上,针对高校图书馆管理中群体激励的现状,阐明了群体激励不足的原因,提出了加强图书馆工作人员的需求管理、建立健全科学的绩效考核制度、提高领导素质以及改善思想工作方式等对策,以期为调动图书馆员工作积极性,提高图书馆员工作绩效提供良策。

Abstract:Group excitation is the essential problem of organizational behavior science.Investigation to the group excitation is substantially to study how to trigger human positivity and to improve each member's performance.On the basis of personnel makeup,diathesis and characteristic demand and taking the innovation practice and group excitation status in college library management together,the present research is attempting to elucidate the reasons that result in the lack of group excitation.In order to muster up the faculty positivity so as to improve the performance,the demand management,complete scientific assessment,leader's diathesis and improved ideological manner are presented in the college library management.
