提升烟叶分级实训中部位判定准确性研究

烟叶等级判定是烟叶分级技术培训的主要内容,是烟叶分级技术员必须掌握的技能。烟叶分级体系按照分类-分型-分组-分级来进行,同一类型烟叶中分组是分级的前提,而部位是首要的分组因素,只有将部位判定准确,才能将烟叶等级判定正确,从而将烟叶按等级质量区分开来,提高可用性。采用统计分析方法对烤烟分级实训中部位错判率及错误趋向进行分析,找出易错等级,并对错判原因进行分析,从而提出提高烟叶分级实训中部位判定准确性的途径。

Research on Improving the Accuracy of Position Judgment in Tobacco Leaf Grading Training

Tobacco leaf grade determination is the key content of tobacco leaf grading training, and it is also a skill that tobacco leaf graders must master. The tobacco leaf grading system is carried out according to classification-type-grouping-grading. In the same type of tobacco leaves grouping is the prerequisite for grading, and the position is the primary grouping factor, also is a prerequisite for correct grade judgment.The statistical analysis method was used to analyze the wrong judgment rate and error trend of the parts in the tobacco leaf grading training, find out the error-prone grades, and analyze the reasons for the wrong judgments, so as to propose ways to improve the accuracy of the parts judgment in the tobacco leaf grading training.
