烟草漂浮育苗替代基质研究

为了筛选出烟草漂浮育苗替代基质配方,采用花生壳、河沙、腐殖土、玉米芯、煤渣、食用菌废料等材料进行了混配,采用配方对比方法进行烟草育苗试验,研究了不同处理基质的理化性状及其对烟草出苗率、成苗率和农艺性状的影响。结果表明,花生壳与河沙以60∶40的体积比及花生壳与腐殖土以50∶50的体积比进行混配的配方处理育苗效果最好,与商品基质的差异最小,且成本较低,具备作为烟草漂浮育苗基质的条件要求。

Study on the Nicotiana tabacum Float Seedling with the Substrate Materials

In order to filter the medium formulation for Nicotiana tabacum L.,float seeding,peanut bran,river sand,humus soil,corn cob,cinder,edible waste was used and mixed in different proportion;the effects of different treatments on the sprouting rate,maturing seedling rate and agronomic traits were studied.The results showed that the comprehensive characters of N.tabacum seedlings treated with 60% peanut bran+40% river sand and 50% peanut bran+50% humus soil were the best and the effect was closed to CK.Its cost was low and could meet the requirements of N.tabacum tobacco breeding medium.
