黄花白及种子非共生萌发及幼苗发育研究

摘    要:试验采用L9(34)正交试验研究成熟黄花白及(Bletilla ochracea Schltr)种子非共生萌发及幼苗发育条件。结果表明,马铃薯、蔗糖、NAA、6-BA 4个因素对种子萌发率的影响不显著,说明成熟种子对培养基的要求较低,容易萌发;但蔗糖和马铃薯对幼苗发育的影响显著,幼苗发育的较适条件是蔗糖添加量10 g/L,马铃薯添加量100 g/L,NAA的添加量0,6-BA的添加量0.5 g/L。

Abstract:In order to screened out more optimal technical route,orthogonal test design L9(34) was used to study the asymbiotic germination of Bletilla ochracea mature seeds and seedling development conditions.The results showed that the potato,sucrose,NAA and 6-BA had no significant impact on seed germination rate which indicated that the requirements of mature seeds on medium were low,and it germinated easily.However the sugar and potato had a significant impact on the development of seedling development.The optimal conditions for seedling development was that the medium added with sucrose 10 g/L+ potatoes 100 g/L+6-BA 0.5 g/L.
