| 摘 要： | 为全面提升湖北省农作物种业发展水平,构建现代农作物种业体系,从湖北省种业现状出发,通过分析论证以湖北省农业科学院和湖北省种子集团有限公司为主体实行产研结合组建种业航母的必要性和可行性,提出组建湖北种业航母、做强做大湖北种业的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve overall crop seed industry evolution level in Hubei province and to build the modern crop seed industry system,based on the present situation of the seed industry in Hubei province,an analysis about the necessity and feasibility that Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Hubei Seed Group Co.,Ltd.to be the main body carrying out combining production and research as well as establishing a seed industry aircraft carrier was proceeded,and the development train of thought that the largest agricultural research institutions Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Hubei Seed Group Co.,Ltd.which is the largest seed enterprise group in Hubei province becoming power-and-power union and complementary advantages to form Hubei seed industry aircraft carrier was proposed. |
