| Abstract: | Based on the systematic dynamic simulation about the coordinative development among the economy, society and environment, and the cost-benefit analysis, this paper puts forward the dischargecontrolling targets of "three waste" which has great influence to agroenvinronment by the development of industry, and the measures which should be taken in the year of 2010 and 2020 in our country. |
