原蚕5龄期添食蚕用营养饲料效果试验

以6个现行家蚕原种为材料,探讨了5龄期添食“蚕用营养饲料”的效果。结果表明,原蚕添食营养饲料对发育经过无影响,虫蛹生命率比对照区有所提高,全茧量和茧层量略有降低,对造卵数、产卵数的影响因品种不同而异,日系品种优于中系品种,残留卵率均比对照区显著降低,对蚕种质量无影响,5龄食下量显著减少,叶卵转化率平均比空白对照提高16.9%,比清水对照提高9.0%,单位面积桑园的制种量可提高15%左右。

Testing on Effects of Feeding Parent Silkworm Races in 5th Instar with Nutritious Diet Addition

Based on six existing original silkworm varieties, we studied the effects of feeding silkworms in 5th instar with nutritious diet addition. The results indicate that feeding nutritious diet addition has no influence on their development and growth, but vitality of silkworm increases compared with control group, the whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight slightly decrease, the influence on the number of developing eggs and the number of laid eggs vary with different varieties, Japanese variety is better than Chinese variety, the ratio of eggs remaining in the body reduces dramatically compared with control group, and there is no effect on the quality of eggs, the amount of food ingested in 5th instar also reduces dramatically, leaf-egg conversation rate increases 16.9% than the blank contrast in average, and 9.0% than the clear water contrast, the amount of eggs production per unit area mulberry increases about 15%.
