小麦不同施氮时期对间套作小麦玉米品质影响的研究

摘    要: 以间套作小麦玉米为研究对象,研究了在间套作条件下小麦不同施氮时期对间套作小麦玉米品质的影响。结果表明,小麦不同施氮时期对间套作小麦品质有显著的影响,随小麦施氮时期后延,其籽粒蛋白质含量、沉淀值和干、湿面筋含量均有大幅度地提高。同时,小麦不同施氮时期也改善了间套作玉米的品质指标,以小麦孕穗期追施氮肥间套作玉米的蛋白质含量、脂肪含量、百粒重和灰分含量最高,但不同处理之间差异不显著。

Abstract:This field experiment was designed to study the effect of different nitrogen application period of wheat on quality of wheat/corn intercropping. The results showed that the effect of different nitrogen application period of wheat on protein content, sedimentation value, dry gluten and wet gluten of intercropped wheat were evident according to statistic analysis. Deferring top-dressing time of wheat improved the quality of intercropped wheat. In the same way, different nitrogen application period of wheat also improved the quality of intercropped corn. However, there weren't significant according to statistic analysis on the effects of protein content, oil, ash and one hundred kernel weight of intercropped corn.
