摘    要:
小麦纹枯病是由禾谷丝核菌和立枯丝核菌引起的世界性土传真菌病害,培育并推广小麦纹枯病抗病品种是控制该病害最经济和最有效的途径.本研究采用基因枪法将由Ubiquitin启动子驱动的TaPIMP1基因导入常规小麦品种扬麦158、扬麦12号和Alondra,获得转TaPIMP1基因小麦阳性植株17株;对上述转基因小麦T1和T2...
