摘    要:目的]研究水蜈蚣总多酚提取工艺及其提取物的抗氧化性能。方法]采用分光光度法研究乙醇浓度、浸提温度、浸提时间和料液比对水蜈蚣多酚提取率的影响,并用正交试验法对其提取工艺进行优化。结果]水蜈蚣总多酚最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,浸提温度70℃,浸提时间1.5 h,料液比1∶20。结论]采用最佳提取工艺提取的水蜈蚣总多酚含量达5.09 mg/g,水蜈蚣提取物对羟基自由基具有一定的清除作用。

Study on the Extraction Technology of Total Polyphenol in Kyllinga brevifolia and Antioxidation of Extract

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the extraction of total polyphenol in Kyllinga brevifolia and antioxidation of extract.Method] The effects of ethanol concentration,temperature,time and solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate of polyphenol in Kyllinga brevifolia were researched by using spectrophotometry,and the extraction technology was optimized by using orthogonal test.Result] The best extraction technology was ethanol concentration of 80%,temperature of 70 ℃,time of 1.5 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20.Conclusion] The total polyphenol in Kyllinga brevifolia reached to 5.09 mg/g of the best extraction technology,and the extract of Kyllinga brevifolia has some scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical.
