摘    要:重组竹是将竹材重新组织并加以强化成型的一种竹质新材料,是中国拥有自主知识产权、并已实现产业化利用的一种竹基复合材料,具有原材料利用率高、力学性能优异的特点,产品可应用于室内外地板、家具、建筑结构材、装修装潢材,以及风电桨叶等高强度材料领域。目前,中国在重组竹制造技术领域取得重要进展,但也面临着许多制约产品开发与应用的基础研究障碍,亟待解决。文章总结了重组竹材料技术研究取得的重要进展,分析了重组竹材料在产品开发利用中尚需解决的技术问题,以期为高性能重组竹材料的理论研究和实践提供参考。

Abstract:Bamboo scrimber is a new bamboo-based material that reorganizes and reconstitutes bamboo into a new form. It is the material with independent intellectual property rights, which has been already utilized in industrialized way in China. It has the characteristics of high utilization rate and excellent mechanical properties, and can be applied in indoor and outdoor flooring, furniture, building frames and decoration, wind power blades and other high-strength material fields. At present, China has made an important progress in the field of bamboo scrimber manufacturing technology, but also faces many obstacles in basic research restricting product development and application, which need to be solved urgently. This paper summarizes the important progress in the technical research on recombinant bamboo materials, and analyzes the technical problems to be solved in the development and utilization of recombinant bamboo materials, in order to provide references for the theoretical research and practices of high-performance recombinant bamboo materials.
