| 摘 要： | 在对玉米顺流干燥工艺试验研究中,借助于自行研制的试验台,采用D-饱和最优设计试验方案,研究了每级热风温度、表现风速、干燥时间四因素对单位热耗、小时降水量、干燥强度等性能指标的影响,建立了描述玉米顺流干燥工艺的数学模型,用图形法分析了干燥工艺参数对主要性能指标的影响. |

| Abstract: | In order to study the concurrent flow drying, a drying test apparatus was built. By using the D-optimization experimental design, the drying technology parameters on the property indicators were studied, and the corresponding mathematics model was set up. Through regression analysis, the optimum parameters combination of the drying technology was obtained and verified. These parameters and models could be used to guide the optional drying process schedule. |
