营养性抗热应激剂对热应激肉种公牛的影响

摘    要:选用12头延边黄牛、延黄牛和西门塔尔牛肉种公牛作为研究对象,在夏季热应激时在日粮中添加一定比例的含锌、硒、维生素E等微量营养素的抗热应激剂,试验期30d。统计干物质采食量、精液产量,检测精液品质和血液中相关离子、酶和激素的含量。结果发现,与对照组比较,添加营养性抗热应激剂的试验组显著提高了种公牛的干物质采食量、精液产量与精液品质。说明所添加的营养性抗热应激剂能在一定程度上减缓热应激对肉种公牛的不利影响。

Abstract:12 bulls(Yanbian cattle, Yanhang cattle and Simmental)were selected and divided into two groups. The control group were given zinc sulfate, sodium selenite and vitamin E. All bulls were under the same circumstance, drinking and feeding freely. The experiment lasted 30 days, the dry matter intake (DMI), semen volume per ejaculate (VOL) and semen quality were mea- sured. At the time of the experiment beginning and end, blood were collected, contents of related ions, hormone and enzymes in blood were determined. Results display that zinc sulfate, sodium selenite and vitamin E supplement can relieve the adverse effect of heat stress.
