| 摘 要： | 通过阐述＂限塑令＂出台的背景及其实施的效果,剖析＂限塑令＂执行过程中存在的问题,并在环境政策的制度革新、塑料袋的回收利用、环保宣传教育和环境政策监控方面提出了新的对策,以期能对＂限塑令＂的顺利执行有所裨益。

| Abstract: | By describing the releasing background of the "plastic limit" and its implementation effect,the existing problems during the implementation process of "plastic limit" were analyzed.Some new countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of environmental policy innovation,plastic bag's recycling,environmental education and environmental policy monitoring.Hopefully it will be beneficial to the smooth execution of the "plastic limit". |
