摘    要:目的]分析生长于内蒙古河套地区的宽叶水柏枝材的构造及微纤丝角。方法]采用扫描电镜、定量分析、显微图像分析等测试技术和分析手段,针对灌木材的识别与利用,首次对宽叶水柏枝材的构造和微纤丝角进行研究,取得了构造照片、组织比量和微纤丝角等指标。结果]宽叶水柏枝为半环孔材,导管叠生,单穿孔。木纤维长度平均值为617.14μm,属短纤维树种。枝材组织比量:木纤维、导管、木射线、轴向薄壁组织分别为52.60%1、3.02%、23.96%、10.42%。射线组织异型单列及多列,轴向薄壁组织轮界状及环管束状;微纤丝角平均为7.6°,径向变化趋势为从髓心至树皮逐渐减小。结论]该研究为宽叶水柏枝材的研究与开发利用提供基础技术资料。

Study on the Wood Structure and Microfibril Angle of Myricaria platyphylla Maxim
Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to analyze the wood structure and microfibril angle of Myricaria platyphylla Maxim grown in Hetao area in Inner Mongolia.Method] Aiming to the identification and utilization of shrub wood, the wood structure and microfibril angle of M.platyphylla were firstly studied with the testing techniques and analysis methods of SEM,quantitative analysis and microscopic image etc.and the indexes of structure photos,tissue proportion and microfibril angle were acquired.Result] M.platyphyllawas semi-ring-porous wood.The vessel was storied type with simple perforation.The average length of wood fiber was 617.14 μm,belonging to short-fiber tree species.The wood tissue proportion was as that the wood fiber,vessel,wood ray and longitudinal parenchyma were 52.60%,13.02%,23.96% and 10.42%,resp.The wood ray tissue were heterogeneous,uniseriate and multiseriate rays,the wood longitudinal parenchyma were wheel bound shape and ring canal bunchiness.The average microfibril angle was 7.6° and the radial change trended to decrease from pith to bark gradually.Conclusion] This study provided the basic technique data for the research and development and utilization of M.platyphylla.
