| 摘 要： | 甘露聚糖结合凝集素（MBL）作为一种重要的天然免疫因子,在防御病原体入侵、病毒识别等方面发挥重要作用。近年的研究发现,甘露聚糖结合凝集素的水平与其抗病性相关,该文从MBL的结构以及与疾病的相关性方面进行了综述。
