乡镇图书馆开展农民信息素质教育研究

随着农业信息化建设和新农村建设的推进,农民信息素质越来越不能适应社会的发展,信息素质教育不足问题日益凸显。乡镇图书馆作为乡村信息中心,实施农民信息素质教育具有依据与可行性。乡镇图书馆实施农民信息素质教育应遵循三项原则,在教育内容上从信息意识、信息手段、信息能力、信息道德、信息安全等几个方面来实现农民信息素质提升。

Study on Farmer Information Literacy Education by Township Library

With the promoting of agricultural information construction and new countryside construction,farmer’ information literacy can not be adapted to the society development.As the information centre of countryside,township library have foundation and it is feasible to develop the farmer information literacy education.Township library should follow the three principles,and realize improving of farmer information literacy from five aspects that including information sense,information approach,information ability,and information morality and information safety.
