摘    要:
膜下滴灌技术具有节水与增产等诸多优势,但由于残膜回收不净会带来"白色污染"的问题。按照将地膜"搂集成束"的思路,设计了JM-1400型卷绕式拾膜机。针对机车前进速度、集膜轮工作角度、起膜铲入土深度、两起膜铲横向距离和分膜铲入土深度等5个拾膜率影响因素进行试验研究,通过方差分析得到了影响拾膜率变化的3个主要因素,并找到各因素的分布范围。

Abstract:
Under film drip irrigation technology have many advantages such as saving water,increase yield and so on,but because the remnant membrane recovery incompletely and at the same time it will bring the white pollution problem.According to the design thought that put the film into "integrated bunch",design the JM-1400 winding type film picking up machine.Aiming at the machine working speed,the wheel angle in collect film,the entry soil depth of the picking up film shovel,the two picking up film shovel on horizontal distance and the entry soil depth of the divide film shovel,etc five picking up film rate factors,do the experiment study,through the analysis of variance,get the three main influence picking up film rate changing factors,and find the distribution range of various factors.
