蜡梅叶醇提物抗氧化活性研究

目的]测定蜡梅叶醇提物的黄酮含量及抗氧化能力。方法]以蜡梅叶为试材,经乙醇提取获得蜡梅叶乙醇提取液,检测其总黄酮含量以及总抗氧化活性,并分析其对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果]0.1 g/ml蜡梅叶乙醇提取液中的黄酮含量为1.4 mg/ml,蜡梅叶总黄酮含量为1.4%。在测定浓度范围内,蜡梅叶乙醇提取液对超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基和DP-PH自由基均有不同程度的清除能力,并随着提取液浓度的增加,即黄酮含量的增加,提取液对3种自由基的清除作用逐渐增强,呈现明显的剂量效应关系,其中,该提取液对羟自由基的清除作用最强,当提取液浓度达15 mg/ml时,清除率可达70%。结论]蜡梅叶乙醇提取物具有抗氧化作用,因而蜡梅叶可作为天然抗氧化原料。
