| 摘 要： | 目的]研究在同一环境条件下宁春4号及其亲本的农艺、产量及品质性状表现,并对其相关性状的背景基因分布进行分子检测。方法]以宁春4号及其亲本索诺拉64、宏图、阿勃碧玉麦为材料,对其农艺性状、品质性状进行测定,并用分子检测法对其遗传变异规律进行分析。结果]宁春4号遗传了索诺拉64大穗,红粒,硬质和宏图千粒重高等优点,同时也遗传了索诺拉64晚熟、宏图分蘖力低等缺点;宁春4号籽粒品质略低于索诺拉64;宁春4号具有5＋10的优质亚基,具有良好的面团流变学特性;宁春4号遗传了宏图长光周期特性和不抗慢叶锈和条锈特性及双亲低PPO活性、高黄色素含量。结论]该研究结果为小麦种质资源的遗传分析奠定了基础。
