| 摘 要： | 积极推进科技兴山,促进山区脱贫致富对我国＂五个统筹＂战略目标的实现具有重要意义。从我国山区发展现状出发,分析了在新时期我国实施科技兴山战略的必要性,并在此基础上结合我国目前实际,提出了进一步实施科技扶贫方针所需要注意的一些问题和应对措施。
