推草机构的设计与仿真分析

摘    要:在草方格铺设装置设计中,草的输送方案设计是最大的难点。在平面连杆机构的基础上设计该推草机构,满足散草输送过程中间歇性送草的使用要求。通过将Pro/E建立的推草机构三维模型导入到ADAMS中,完成对该机构的运动学仿真分析,得到其位移和速度等参数曲线,并在PostProcessor中得到推草板的运动轨迹,从而在理论上验证推草机构设计的可行性和合理性,解决了散草输送这一难题。
