摘    要:[目的]为了探讨党参植株水浸液对不同作物的化感作用,建立高效的党参间作、混作、套种模式以及党参化感物质的分离和鉴定提供一定的理论依据。[方法]采用生物测定的方法,研究了党参地上或地下部分水浸液(水浸液浓度分为0.20、0.150、.100、.05 g/ml四个梯度)对小麦、黄瓜、萝卜、白菜和玉米种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]党参植株水浸液对不同作物幼苗根长、生长和干重表现为抑制作用,其RI的均值全为负值。在所进行的8个实验组中,RI的平均值均为负值;在统计的80项数据中,有72项达到显著或极显著性差异,占90%。[结论]党参植株水浸液对五种不同作物的种子萌发和幼苗生长均具有明显的化感抑制作用,浓度越高抑制作用越强;党参植株地下部分水浸液对不同作物的化感效应大于地上部分。

Abstract:The purpose was to discuss allelopathy of water infusion from Codonopsis pilosula on different crops and supply some theoretical basis for establishing highly efficient Codonopsis pilosula intercrop,mixing and interplant models and the isolation and identification of Codonopsis pilosula allelochemicals.The effects of 2 ml water infusion from Codonopsis pilosula aerial or underground part with 4 concentration gradients such as 0.2,0.15,0.1 and 0.05 gFW/ml on seed germination and seedling growth of Triticum aestivum,Cucumis sativus,Raphanus sativus,Brassica chinensis and Zea mays were studied by bioassay method,and their allelopathy was preliminarily discussed.Codonopsis pilosula water infusion performed inhibiting effects on the seedling root length,growth and dry weight of different crops,the average RI value were all negative.In 8 experimental groups,the average RI value was negative.In statistical data of 80 items,there were significant or extremely significant differences in 72 items,taking up 90%.Codonopsis pilosula water infusion had obvious allelopathical inhibiting effects on seed germination and seedling growth in different crops and the higher the concentration was,the stronger the inhibiting effect was.The allelopathic effect of water infusion from Codonopsis pilosula underground part on different crops was stronger than that of aerial part.
