| 摘 要： | 应用地理信息技术、Internet技术和数据库技术,为农电配电管理建立一个具备直观管理、查询、输出和分析应用等功能的管理系统。该系统访问范围广泛,独立性强,为农电配电网各部门提供优化的数据和科学的管理依据,使配电管理部门在规划、基建和生产等各个方面提高管理水平与工作效率。
