摘    要:为探究骨形态发生受体蛋白IB基因(Bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB,BMPR-IB)编码区多态性对绵羊繁殖性能的遗传效应,以湖羊、产单羔蒙古羊、产双羔蒙古羊、产单羔欧拉羊、产双羔欧拉羊母羊为研究对象,对试验群体的BMPR-IB基因CDS区597位点进行了多态性检测。结果显示:在产双羔和产单羔的蒙古羊、欧拉羊中均检测到野生GG基因型、杂合突变GA基因型和纯合突变AA基因型,而湖羊只检测出GA、AA两种基因型。湖羊的优势基因型为AA,优势等位基因为A;产双羔蒙古羊、产双羔欧拉型藏羊、产单羔欧拉型藏羊优势基因型均为GA型,其中产双羔蒙古羊与产双羔欧拉藏羊优势等位基因为A,产单羔欧拉型藏羊优势等位基因为G;产单羔蒙古羊优势等位基因型为GG,优势等位基因为G。经多态信息含量(Polymorphism information content,PIC)及χ~2适合性检测分析可知,产双羔与产单羔的蒙古羊、欧拉羊均处于中度多态(0.25

Abstract:In order to explore the genetic effects of the polymorphisms in the coding region of the Bone morphogenetic protein receptor IB(BMPR-IB)gene on the reproductive performance of sheep,this experiment took Hu sheep,single lamb Mongolian sheep,and double lamb Mongolian sheep.Single-lamb Euler sheep,double-lamb Euler sheep ewes were the test subjects,and the polymorphism of the BMPR-IB gene CDS region 597 in the experimental population was detected.The test results showed that wild GG type,heterozygous mutant GA type and homozygous mutant AA type were detected in Mongolian sheep and Euler sheep with double lamb and single lamb,while Hu sheep only showed GA and AA genotypes.The dominant genotype of Hu sheep was AA and the dominant allele was A;the dominant genotypes of Mongolian sheep with double lambs,Euler type Tibetan sheep with double lambs,and Euler type Tibetan sheep with single lambs were all GA type,the dominant allele of double-lamb Mongolian sheep and double-lamb Tibetan sheep was A,and the dominant allele of single-lamb Tibetan sheep was G;the dominant allele of single-lamb Mongolian sheep was GG,and the dominant allele was G.The detection and analysis of polymorphism information content(PIC)andχ2 suitability showed that Mongolian sheep and Euler sheep with double lamb and single lamb were moderately polymorphic(0.25
