和田多胎红羊体尺对体重影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Body Size on Body Weight of Hetian Multi-fetal Red Sheep

Abstract:In order to expand the population of Hetian Multi-fetal Red sheep(temporary name)in the future,the correlation between body size and weight of Hetian Multi-fetal Red sheep(male and female)was studied and discussed,in order to provide theoretical basis for the breeding and production of Hetian Multi-fetal Red sheep in the future.The experiment randomly selected100 adult rams,and 100 adult ewes,measuring their weight(y),body height(x1),body length(x2),chest circumference(x3),tube circumference(x4),fat tail length(x5),fat tail wide(x6),fat tail thick(x7),after sorting out the original data with Excel,the correlation analysis,path analysis,step-by-step linear regression analysis and the decomposition of correlation coefficient were carried out for the weight and body size data of ram and ewe with SPSS 19.0 software.The results showed that the body size traits of male and female Hetian Multi-fetal Red sheep was the coefficient of variation of length of fat tail,which was 13.44%and 16.96%respectively.The body weight of male sheep and female sheep was positively correlated with body height,body oblique length,chest circumference,tube circumference,fat tail length,fat tail width and fat tail thickness(P<0.01).The correlation coefficient between body weight of male sheep and fat tail thickness(x7)was the highest(0.845),followed by chest circumference(x3)(0.740).The correlation coefficient between body weight of ewes and chest size(x3)was the highest,being 0.873.Fat tail thickness(x7)had the most direct effect on the body weight of ram,body length(x2),tube circumference(x4)and fat tail length(x5)had more indirect effects on the body weight of ram;Chest circumference(x3)had the most direct effect on the body weight of ewes,while body height(x1),tube circumference(x4)and fat tail thickness(x7)had a greater indirect effect on the body weight of ewe.The optimal linear regression equation of weight and body size of ram was:y=14.564+1.750 x7+0.279 x3.The optimal linear regression equation of ewe weight and body size was:y=0.450 x3.
