摘    要:
采用溶液培养的方法,研究了不同镁浓度(0,0.5,1,2,4,8,16 mmol/L)下烤烟干物质积累和养分吸收动态变化的特点.结果表明,不同镁浓度下烤烟干物质积累和养分吸收动态可用Logistic方程描述.镁浓度为4 mmol/L时,烤烟的干物质积累、养分的最大积累量和最大增长速率明显高于其他处理;缺镁或镁浓度过高(>4 mmol/L)都不利于烤烟的生长发育、干物质和养分的积累.缺镁和高镁都会使养分最大吸收速率日期提前,从而抑制烟株对养分的吸收.高镁虽然能增加烟株镁的积累,但过量的镁(>4 mmol/L)不利于烤烟干物质的积累.

Abstract:
An experiment was conducted to study the effects of different magnesium (Mg) concentration (0,0.5,1, 2,4,8,16 mmol/L) on dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco.The results indicated that the dynamics of dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco could be described by logistic curve equation.The maximum amount of dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake,the maximum increase rations (MIR) of dry matter of flue-cured tobacco was obviously higher than that of other treatments when Mg concentration was 4 mmol/L;when the Mg concentration was either too low(<1 mmol/L)or too high(>4 mmol/L)there was no benefit for the growth and development,dry matter and nutrient accumulation,and made the time of the highest absorption rations (HAR) of tobacco ahead of schedule,and prevented tobacco plants from absorbing nutrients.The Mg accumulation of tobacco plants was increased when higher Mg concentration,but too high Mg concentration(>4 mmol/L) was no benefit for dry matter accumulation of tobacco.
