| 摘 要： | 提出了利用断油电磁阀改善AMT换挡品质的方法，分析了断油电磁阀不同断油和供油时刻对换挡品质的影响，制定了断油电磁阀的控制策略，并在装有AMT的某重型载货汽车上进行了试验，试验结果表明，换挡过程中通过控制断油电磁阀，可以减小离合器接合时主、被动部分的转速差，显著改善了AMT的换挡品质。

| Abstract: | A new method of improving shift quality of AMT with the tuel stop valve was mdtcatect, the efforts to the shift quality at different input shaft and output shaft of clutch were analyzed, the control strategy was established, and the test on one kind of AMT heavy truck was conducted. The test result showed that it could decrease the rotational speed between the drive part and the driven part when clutch was locked, and improve the shift quality of AMT with control of the fuel stop valve. |
