略论我国公司股东出资方式

公司股东出资方式是各国公司法都无法回避的一个问题。因为公司资本是公司的基石,公司无时无刻不和资本联系着,从公司的设立、公司的运作、公司的清算,处处都离不开资本。因此,股东的出资方式不仅关系到公司的设立,关系到债权人和现有股东利益的保护,甚至还涉及到整个社会的效益和交易秩序问题。
