管理类课程理论与实践教学“二合一”探索

摘    要:本文首先论述了管理类课程教学存在的问题,并指出这些问题使学生动手能力与创新能力的培养得到制约。接着,文章提出管理类课程应与理工类课程一样,将理论与实践教学紧密结合起来,并随之分析了理论教学与实践教学相结合在学生学习动机形成、创造能力培养等方而的重要性;然后文章用己有的教学实践论证了理论与实践教学相结合在管理类课程中的作用。最后,文章提出了一些可供操作的建议。

Research on the Combination of the Theory and Practice Teaching of Management Courses

Abstract:The paper talks about the existing problem in the teaching of management courses, and points out that the existing problem has constrained the cultivation of student''s ability of innovation and operation. In addition, the paper puts forward the opinion that the management courses should combine the teaching of theory and practice as the science courses. Further, the paper analyzes the importance of the combination of the teaching of theory and practice in the ability cultivation, and approves it with some experiments in teaching. Last, the paper brings forward some suggestions for the action.
