不同种源文冠果1年生苗生长节律及性状相关性研究

为揭示文冠果苗期生长规律,以内蒙古赤峰市乌丹镇、坤都镇和天山镇及河南三门峡市陕县、河北张家口市蔚县的1年生实生苗为材料,观测分析不同种群苗木生长节律及变异。结果表明,种源间及种源内苗高、地径、主根长、根、茎生物量、根茎比均差异极显著,各性状都是陕县最高;苗高及地径生长均呈“慢-快-慢”的“S”型曲线,Logistic方程均达极显著拟合水平。苗高、地径速生期分别是31~47d和24~44d,速生期内日均生长量分别为0.42cm和0.06cm。陕县和蔚县种源速生期持续时间较长,各生长阶段净生长量也是陕县和蔚县较高。在北京开展文冠果造林可以重点考虑陕县和蔚县种源。

Annual Growth Rhythm and Character Correlation Analysis of 1-Year-old Xanthoceras sorbifolium Seedlings from Different Provenances

In order to understand the growth rhythms of Xanthoceras sorbifolium ,1-year-old seedlings collected from five provenances were cultivated in Beijing to conduct the investigation.It was observed that there existed significant differences in the growth traits among different provenances,such as seedling height,ground diameter,main root length,root biomass,stem biomass,and ratio of root to stem.Seedlings from Shanxian of Henan Province exhibited the highest values of all the growth traits.The heights and ground diameters of the seedlings of the all provenances presented a “S” curve pattern:“slow-fast-slow”.The fitting degree of Logistic equations reached an extremely significant level.The fast-growing periods of seedling height and ground diameter ranged from 31- 47 d and 24-44 d,respectively.The average height and ground diameter daily growth was 0.42 cm/d and 0.06 cm/d,respectively.Seedlings from Shanxian of Henan and Weixian of Hebei presented longer fast-growing period and higher amounts of net growth.As a result,these two provenances should be given priorities when planting X.sorbifolium in Beijing.
