适应性的青少年道德教育个体学内涵

摘    要:青少年道德教育个体适应性在本质上是一个如何提高青少年道德教育工作有效性的问 题,其基本内涵包括以下几个方而:青少年道德教育必须遵循青少年品德形成发展的规律;必须适应青少年生理心理及其道德品德发展的特点;必须通过教育引导,培养青少年的道德生活能力。同时,要完整深刻地理解其内涵,还必须注意两点:适应与引导是辩证统一的;个体适应性与社会适应性是辩证统一的。

Abstract:On essence, teenagers moral education individual adaptability is a question about how to improve the efficiency of teenagers moral education, its basic intension includes the following aspects: teenagers moral education should follow the law of the morals development of teenagers, meet the characteristic and need of teenagers'' physiological psychological and moral development, and train their moral ability through education and guidance. At the same time, if we want to understand its intension completely and deeply, we must pay attention to the following: adaptability and guidance is dialectics unification; individual adaptability and social adaptability is dialectics unification.
